Proof the Quran Has Not Been Preserved

 If you're even the slightest bit interested in making converts of the followers of Islam, one of the first things you'll hear is that the Quran has been miraculously preserved. Even their own scholars say this isn't true, and that people simply parrot what they hear without bothering to learn. Could it be that Muslims believe this nonsense because the supposed preservation is only with the Arabic version and very few people know Arabic? Who else did that some centuries ago?... hmmm.. anyone remember the inquisition? Didn't the Catholic church only read in Latin, keeping the people in ignorance, and telling them all kinds of wild fantasies such as absolution, and purgatory? It's no coincidence that untold violence was a result, just as it's no coincidence that keeping Muslims ignorant results in such violence today.
